  • 1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Pepperoni slices (optional)
  • Your favorite toppings (mushrooms, peppers, olives)
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil (for air fryer method)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the split English muffins cut-side up on a baking sheet or directly in the air fryer basket.
  3. Lightly toast the muffins for 2-3 minutes if you prefer a crispier base.
  4. Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce evenly over the cut side of each muffin half.
  5. Top each muffin half with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Add your desired toppings, such as pepperoni or vegetables.
  7. Oven Method: Bake for 7-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are lightly browned.
  8. Air Fryer Method: Lightly brush the tops with olive oil if desired. Cook for 4-6 minutes, watching closely, until the cheese is melted and golden.
