  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mini pepperoni slices (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Pinch of garlic powder
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or prepare your microwave-safe bowl.
  2. In a small, oven-safe or microwave-safe bowl, spread the cottage cheese evenly across the bottom to form the base.
  3. Spoon the marinara sauce over the cottage cheese layer.
