Make this satisfying Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap using crispy air fryer chicken. It is a quick, flavorful meal perfect for busy weeknights or satisfying lunches.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil spray
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 slices cooked, crispy bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce or spinach
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • Optional: 1/4 cup crushed tortilla chips for extra crunch

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts in half horizontally to create four thinner cutlets. Season both sides evenly with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray. Place the seasoned chicken cutlets in the basket in a single layer.
  3. Air fry at 380°F (195°C) for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is golden brown and crispy. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before dicing or shredding.
  4. Warm the flour tortillas briefly in a dry skillet over medium heat or in the microwave until pliable.
  5. Lay each warm tortilla flat. Spread 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing down the center of each tortilla.
  6. Layer the ingredients over the ranch: top with diced crispy chicken, crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, and lettuce or spinach. Add crushed tortilla chips if using.
  7. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll the wrap from the bottom up.
  8. For an extra crispy finish, place the assembled wraps seam-side down in a clean, dry skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese melts.
  9. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For meal prep, cook the chicken and bacon ahead of time. Store ingredients separately and assemble just before eating to maintain crispness.
  • If you do not have an air fryer, you can pan-fry the chicken cutlets in a skillet with oil until cooked through and crispy.
  • Use rotisserie chicken for an even faster assembly time.
